Our pre-built or finished dollhouses are one of a kind.  It takes time and skill to complete a dollhouse that looks great and is durable enough to play with.  Our Assembled Dollhouses are for ages 5 and up.  They are true collectors items and will be packed and shipped with the greatest of care to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut only at the price given.  All other states will incur additional shipping charges and fees based on shipping location.
